I'm Fritz and I co-own this property with my Mom. It's a sub-divided three level home consisting of three smaller 1-bedroom apartments on the lower level, two larger 2-bedroom apartments on the middle level, and the owners suite on the top level.
Mom is a Greek-born U.S. citizen, returned to Greece for her retirement, and will make your stay so great you won't want to leave! She handles the day to day stuff at the island house, while I keep up with the internet side of things for her.
