HOUSEKEEPING:
For stays of 3 nights or more, Linens and towels are changed for free once every three days. Request of unit cleaning is available one day before and with a fee of Php200. We do not have a washing machine, but there are laundry shops close to the condominium complex at Php16.00 per kilo.
FURNITURE/APPLIANCES:
Guests have to respect the set-up or arrangement of the unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location and put it elsewhere.
