It is located in a very central and easily reachable with various means of public transportation (metro, bus, train, electrical bus) neighborhood.
The flat was fully renovated in December 2018 with a stylish modern classic look.
It has been renovated in detail, containing several DIY elements. Sustainability and Crafting were the two core elements of the venture.
Here you will find everything you might need for a short or long stay in Athens. It has a new bathroom and a new kitchen, bed, comfortable mattresses, bed linen, refrigerator, a portable double hot plate, microwave and oven in a combo, cooking utensils and equipment etc.
It can host up to 4 people at the same time by using the sofa in the living room, which can easily be converted to a double bed.

You will enjoy the whole flat for yourself during your stay!
The flat is located on the 1st floor and you need to take 10 steps to reach it. Both rooms have a view of the building's backyard, therefore, the house is quiet from the street sounds.
You will get a set of keys for the building and for the flat entrance.
We will arrange to meet in person for the check-in, at which point I will hand you over the keys, and give you a short orientation of the flat and the neighborhood if you wish.
We will meet again for the handover of the keys during the check-out.

Overview
- The area of the house is residential, where mostly locals live. This is going to give you the real Athens experience.
- There are many local businesses working until late in the night, a 24h restaurant with homemade Greek food opposite the street, a big supermarket and maybe the most famous bakery in Athens (ask me what to try from there).
- Every Saturday there is a producers' market 2 blocks away, where you can find fresh vegetables and other delicacies. Next to the producers market here is a second-hand market.
Getting around
- Parking is allowed in the area and it is free of charge.
- The metro is literally in the corner of the city block where the flat is located, therefore this will give you the opportunity to be anywhere in Athens Center within 0 to 6 stops. (2 stops to the Railway Station, 4 stops to the Monastiraki Market, 5 stops to the Greek Parliament, 6 stops to Acropolis, 11 stops to the Port of Pireus, 16 stops from the Airport)
- On the other corner, you will find the main street where all the buses lead to the center and the domestic and international bus terminals.

- In case you accidentally break something, please let me know, you may also have to pay for it to be replaced or fixed.
