Easy to reach also from the main highways exits (A11 and A1)
If you have you own car you can park close to the building and if you want to be super-safe 3 private parking area are available in 100 meters. Just ask and we can provide detail to contact them.

The flat has been recently renewed and composed by 2 bed rooms (one will be yours) 1 living area including the kitchen and 1 bathroom.
You room is comfortable for 1 person but can accommodate 2 for short period. Flat TV and conditioning are available. You may also have access to a small terrace where you can smoke if you need.
Our flat is at the 6th of a 8 floors building. Just to let you realize how close we hare from the center, from the living room you can see the Palazzo Pitti shape and and hills near Florence. Close to the city center but in a quite place.
Bathroom is shared and you can use refrigerator if you need while kitchen and washer are not shared.
And last but not least we have a French Bulldog named Kira. She is very silent and no matter who you are she will always be happy to welcome you!
Just arrive and relax. We will give you the flat keys, some general instruction about the building and the city and everything you need to feel like at home: blankets, sheets and pillows.
A small italian breakfast will be offered as well as free wi-fi connection. No cleaning fees are required.
A document like passport or National ID should be presented.
