The house is 2,100 square feet, has 1 balconies and back patio area with with a propane gas fireplace, sitting area and a hot tub. We try to keep the house and property clean and expect our guests to do the same. The house was built in the 1890's. We basically renovated the house with an aesthetic that merges traditional colonial with a more modern yet classic feel. The kitchen has all new appliances and there is central AC on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Front Street, sunken garden, river front garden, museums, jogging and biking trail, City island footbridge, walking distance to several small town restaurants, on street parking, low crime area, Most importantly close to the gay bars area ( less than a mile away).

Please clean up after yourself.
The house has a "no shoes" policy, meaning no outside shoes or sandals are allowed inside.
Please be respectful of our belongings.
The house is smoke-free indoors; however, moderate alcohol consumption is acceptable, and drug use is not tolerated.
Light cooking is welcome in the kitchen, and you are free to use my kitchen and equipment. I kindly ask that you take care of them.
If you're unsure how to operate any appliances or equipment, feel free to ask.
If you've forgotten something, don't hesitate to ask; we may have it.
We are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Lastly, please ensure all electronics (including AC/heater) are turned off upon check-out.
We are typically in and out during the weekends, but feel free to hang out with me when I'm around and ask for information about the area. I'm very social and enjoy good conversation, but I also respect your privacy. If you're tired, feel free to retreat to your room to rest.
