As Mister BnB in our area does not assist us with tax collections, (as they do in other areas) it is our responsibility. Because we do not except Visa or Debit, we would ask for ********, check, of to my Venmo Acct, from our guests upon check in, to cover the Tot Tax only. Your reservation charges will be charged by Misterbnb, with your credit, debit or Apple pay. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We as well wanted to let our guests know that we have two, very small, lap dogs (Multi Poo's) that do not shed and are hypoallergenic. When we are out and about or at work, they stay behind closed doors of our Master Bedroom. We hope this does not cause any issue with you all. So far our guests have just been crazy over them and they love our guests:)

No Outdoor music, radios, musical Instruments, or other devices that produce or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. The use of outdoor amenities and /or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am is prohibited.. The person entering the rental contract, must be at least 25 years of age. This responsible person, must sign a "Guest Agreement Acknowledgement" form, you will find in our kitchen and posted in both guest rooms.
