The condo boasts 270 degrees of outer glass walls which open onto balconies surrounding the living spaces. A six hundred foot long pool which is saline treated, a professional gymnasium with full separate spas for men and women are manned by in house masseurs. There is concierge service, a video sala, and a huge party room opening onto a magnificent 2 story art filled lobby. The west balcony overlooks the bay and it's north and south frontages to the open expanse of the Pacific Ocean. Nuevo Vallarta is seen to the north and Mismaloya to the south. The downtown's ocean frontage is seen from the south balcony, including views of the malecon and the Santa Theresa Iglesa. Mountains of jungles surround the bay and are seen through the full sweep of the land views. The inland facing balcony, which opens from the master and the 2nd bedrooms, provides a vista of the mountains to the east.
The condo is located just to the south of the city marina where you can watch ocean liners enter and exit the harbor. Whale watching is easily done from the front balcony during their annual return to the bay. It is at the north end of the Zona Hotelera. The centro and the Zona Romantica are a 60 to 80 pesos cab ride away. There is a plaza on the street side of the three towers which has shopping, a Starbuck's, seven restaurants, and a gaming salon. Fireworks are seen every night from the balconies
