-Garbage Disposal:NYC laws are very strict and host can be ticketed. We recycle. Kindly dispose of garbage in the large garbage cans provided. Then up one leaving in black or green can. Place plastic bottles or objects, glass items and cans items in medium garbage can. Then upon leaving place in blue outside can. Place food scraps in small can. Then upon leaving in small brown can outside labeled food scraps. Place boxes and paper are to be placed outside home in brown can. Upon leaving place garbage in appropriate can.thank you
-To avoid unnecessary plumbing problems please place things like sanitary napkins, condoms, wipes or paper towels in the garbage bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.
-Please turn off lights & television before you leave Tranquil space daily.
-Please do not open windows on property. Central Air on premises. Please notify Host if temperature is too cold or too hot so settings can be adjusted.
- Do not move furniture. Charges will be added for any moved items.
-We understand accidents may happen. If you break or damage anything in the apartment during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can handle it accordingly.
