- Pets must be housebroken & social with other pets
- Pet owners must clean up after their pet
- Smoking is not permitted in the house or porches
- Fireworks are not permitted on the property
- If please be aware that nuts and or nut oils are used for cooking
- Guest are not permitted in the Chicken Coop unless accompanied by property owner
- Firewood is limited, if using the Fire Pit suggested to purchase prior to arriving or it is available at Al's Supermarket located less than a mile from the house
- Full use of the kitchen, but please clean up after using.
- Trash, taking out the trash is not required but if needed please use the appropriate container. One is for recycled the other is for trash
- IMPORTANT - Have fun, and if something gets broken we can work through it, do not allow it to ruin your stay...
