A short walk down the hill to the bars and clubs in the Romantic Zone (Paco's Ranch, CC Slaughter, Spartacus, La Noche, La Margarita, Anthropology, Wet Dreams, etc). About 15-20 min walk to Blue Chairs beach.
A 5 min walk down the hill to Los Lirios, Memo's Tacos, El Brujo and Tony's Please. Just a bit more for so many great restaurants.
