As a Franco-Portuguese artist, I'd like to welcome you to Casa MONIZ, located between two of the oldest and most typical districts in central Lisbon: BAIXA and MOURARIA.
Casa Moniz offers you an exceptional view of one of the city's main squares, next to BAIXA and a stone's throw from Castelo de São Jorge and the historic ALFAMA district.

Casa Moniz consists of two completely refurbished apartments. Their quiet location will ensure your total relaxation.
"Les toits bleus" features 2 bedrooms combining Portuguese tradition and modernity, with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. They can accommodate from 1 to 6 people.

"Les toits jaunes" has 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The living room opens onto the dining area and kitchen. It sleeps 1 to 4 people. An extra bed is available for a 5th person.
All linen is provided.

The kitchens are fully equipped: oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances, crockery....
You can also relax in the living room, where you can dine or have breakfast with your family. You'll find maps and brochures of the main tourist sites to visit, ......... no need to go to the tourist office.

Casa Moniz is less than 5 minutes' walk from public transport: tramway N° 28 (Lisbon's famous little electric train), metro MARTIN MONIZ, green line, to the CAIS DO SODRE station (metro, bus, tramway, trains to the rest of the country and the beach, boats for crossing the Tagus, walks and cruises, all kinds of rental companies...).

You're immediately in the heart of the Alfama and Mouraria districts, where you can visit typical shops.
A 15-minute walk will take you to the National Pantheon and Feira da Ladra, Lisbon's famous flea market, and in the evening you'll find typical Portuguese restaurants with their fado singers.
Just a 5-minute walk takes you to the Baixa district in the city center, which leads to the Chiado shopping district and Bairo Alto, one of the liveliest nightlife areas for evening entertainment.

Casa Moniz offers an exceptional view over one of the biggest place from the city center, it is close to the BAIXA and the Castelo São Jorge, in the famous historic area: ALFAMA
Casa Moniz, two apartments, completely refurbished. Their calm will ensure total relaxation.
"The blue roofs" have 2 bedrooms Portuguese combining tradition and modernity, with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Its capacity ranges from 1 to 6 people.
"The yellow roofs" have 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed The living room is open plan to the dining area and the kitchen. Its capacity ranges from 1 to 4 people. An extra bed is available for 5th person.
All the household linen is provided.
The 2 kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, washing machine laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes ....Guests can also relax in the lounge, a space for dinner, or enjoy your breakfast as a family. You will find maps and leaflets of the major tourist attractions, ......... no need to go to the tourist office.
Casa Moniz is located within 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation: streetcar number 28 (the famous electric train of Lisbon), Metro station MARTIN MONIZ, green line, up to the CAIS DO SODRE Station (Subway , bus, streetcar, trains for the rest of the country and the beach, boats crossing the Tagus, walks and cruises, all types of leasing companies ...).

Casa Moniz oferece uma vista excepcional sobre uma das grandes praças do centro da cidade, e fica perto da Baixa e perto do Castelo de São Jorge, no bairro historico de ALFAMA
Casa Moniz, sao dois apartamentos, totalmente renovados. Sua calma irá assegurar relaxamento total.
"Os telhados azuis" têm 2 quartos, combinando tradição e modernidade Português, com camas de casal e um sofá-cama na sala de estar. Sua capacidade vai de 1 a 6 pessoas.
"Os telhados amarelos" têm um quarto e uma sala de estar com um sofá-cama. A sala de estar é um plano aberto para a sala de jantar e a cozinha. Sua capacidade varia de 1 a 4 pessoas. Uma cama extra está disponível para 5 ª pessoa.
Toda a roupa de casa é fornecido.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com forno e fogão, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, microondas, geladeira, pequenos electrodomésticos, loiça....
Os hóspedes também podem relaxar na sala de estar, o espaço para jantar ou desfrutar do seu pequeno-almoço em família. Você vai encontrar planos e prospectos das principais atracções turísticas, .........nao serà preciso de ir para o oficio de turismo.
Casa Moniz está localizado a 5 minutos a pé dos transportes públicos: o electrico número 28 (o famoso elétrico de Lisboa), o metro MARTIN MONIZ, linha verde, até o CAIS do Sodré (Metrô , autocarros, eléctricos, comboios para o resto do país e da praia, barcos de travessia do Tejo, passeios e cruzeiros, todos os tipos de empresas de leasing ...).
Você está imediatamente no coração da zona de Alfama, assim como da Mouraria para visitar as lojas típicas.
Em 15 minutos de caminhada, você vai estar no Panteão Nacional e na Feira da Ladra, o famoso mercado antigo de Lisboa, e à noite você vai encontrar os restaurantes típicos em Portugal com os seus cantores de fado.
Apenas 5 minutos de caminhada é necessário para chegar ao centro da cidade, na Baixa, que irá levá-lo para a zona comercial do Chiado e do Bairro Alto, com uma animada vida nocturna para o entretenimento à noite.
