The Soca penthouse and private terrace of 125m2 has undergone a full renovation, and is furnished with beautiful, authentic materials from the year 1920, thus giving it the ambience it deserves. The mattresses, beds, sheets, etc. are all of good quality. The house is equipped with modern facilities including air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, dishwasher, etc.
In the apartment can stay up to seven people in two bedrooms and the livingroom. Mattresses and bedding are of good quality. In the livingroom is an extra bed in the form of a retractable two-seater. Via the entrance door you enter the spacious hallway with acces to the bedrooms, the modern bathroom and the livingroom. Both the living room and the kitchen have entrance to the private and sunny terrace.
Possibly you can also rent the adjoining penthouse (60 m2, max 5 persons) and the terrace which can be shared. There is a boundary between the two terraces with a door, so privacy is guaranteed.
The central location of the property, the high position, the views and the overall atmosphere guarantees an interesting and very pleasurable stay. Although in the cozy Most na Soci, you are only 2 minutes walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, everything is at hand.
