Ski school directly in front of the house, family-friendly ski area. Starting point for hikes, mountain tours, bike tours etc. We only rent by the week 1-2 or 3 weeks to vacation guests. We do not rent to permanent tenants. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Excursions to the Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Lake Brienz, Lake Thun or the Aletsch Glacier to the Aare Gorge and much more in the immediate vicinity.
Wellness, sauna and indoor swimming pool can be found in Aeschi b. Spiez or in the Heimberg sports center near Thun, as well as in Merligen Solbad in the Hotel Beatus.

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy vacation apartment and that you are our guest. Since we furnish the apartment with a lot of heart and soul and make it ready for our guests. We also have house rules.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please do not throw cigarettes from the balcony into the garden and do not throw anything out of the windows.
We provide taxable garbage bags for the disposal of garbage.
Please only use these and do not use them for other purposes.
As in any apartment building, the laundry room is a critical area. Please talk to the other residents if you will be occupying the laundry room for a longer period of time.
Please be considerate of the other residents and keep the radio and TV at a reasonable volume, especially after 10 pm.
Leave your hiking boots or ski boots in the ski room or in front of the door in the shoe rack. Please only use slippers in the apartment.
Please park your car in the parking zone provided for the apartment.
On departure we ask you to wash and put away the dishes, otherwise an extra charge will be made. Please do not move or damage the furniture and furnishings. Guests will be charged for any damage.
The apartment and beds will be ready when you arrive.
The check-out time is 10:00 am.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
