The apartment is in a dignified villa in «The plush town» at the intersection between O.L Aunesgate and Kirkegårdsvegen. Built in 1921 by Tromsø's most famous mason and architect that have built many of the most well known buildings around in the city. The villa has been owned by us since 2010.

It is centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood in the old part of town. Close to the best places to spot to see the Midnight Sun or the Northen Lights (Aurora Borealis), such as Prestvannet, Fjellheisen - cabelcar, the Tromsø Brigde and more. The northern lights can also be seen from the balcony, patio and garden, just outside the apartment during winter, because of the big space between the houses.

The house is easy to travel from, both by car and public transit (busses, boats and plane). 5 minutes walk to the most popular bus connections, including a direct route to the airport.

We love to share our home with you and we also look forward to host upcoming guests and therefore ask you to not smoke inside or bring any pets, in case of allergies.
Our apartment has two fireplaces, but the chimney in the living room is plumbed hence to heat leakage.
The house consists of two apartments and we need to respect the common rule about keeping it quiet after 11pm, but we also have a common rule about being able to stay up and use normal indoor voice even after bedtime.
We would appreciate it if you help us keep shared spaces cleared after usage.
There will be given some additional instructions on recycling when you’ll arrive, including instruction on how to operate many of the equipment in apartment.
There must be agreement concerning parking and to use of the facilities in the master bathroom.
