In this lively house, you will enjoy your private and quiet loft with its own bathroom and private terrace. Our location is perfect to discover the city, within walking distance of the main places and 3 minutes from the metro/bus/tram station.
This charming house is a typical Brussels "Maison de Maître" from the late 19s with an unusual history (ask us!).
You will enjoy a beautiful rooftop terrace!
In the heart of the busy Brussels, we seek to make this place a peaceful and welcoming gateway for us and our guests.

About us: We are not professional hosts and we enjoy welcoming travelers and workers who stay in Brussels :-)
After years of discovering the world, we have returned to Brussels, and apart from our daily professional activities, we now share our 'art de vivre', it is a pleasure! In addition, we have 2 other young workers who live with us, if you meet them, don't be shy, they are not! :-D

-ground floor kitchen, small cooking please and let the kitchen clean after use (you have an additional kitchennette une your bedroom)
-no extra night stay guest than on the booking.
-no group events into the house. (you are welcome to have short stay guests, but nothing comparable to an event, we can discuss about it :) )
-be careful of the noise after 11pm, we will do the same.
-be écological => turn the lights off when you leave a room /turn off the radiators if you open the windows.
-In case of key loss, you will be asked to repay the price of the doubling. (around 80Euro each)
