Terms:
Cleaning fees $60 apply. Dogs are only welcome upon prior reservation approval $50 extra cleaning fee applies. Extra guests not on the reservation will be charged $65/ person from the security deposit. Guests must sign a liability waiver upon check in. Guests are liable for any damage to property & value will be deducted from the security deposit. Owner is not liable for any injury on property during stay. Owner is not liable for failure of mechanicals due to weather or unknown during stay. No cancellations refunds 48 hours prior to stay but we can try to accomodate rescheduling. No refunds for guests that don't arrive or leave early. Late check out after 12 noon $100 charge. Extra day fee after 3 pm.
