This is a house where my grandparents lived whole their life.
Even though it is an old fashioned building, but I remodeled it to a very modern style house.
The room is on the 3rd floor of 3-story building.
One of the two rooms can be used alone. (The other one is for host and it is usually locked.)
The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces.
The host does not reside every day, but it barely happen.
This area is close to popular places like a Jong-Ro, Itewon, City hall, Hong-ik University, Shin-chon and Myung-dong but when you are sleeping at home, It's very silent at night.
[Directions from Incheon Airport]
1. Train
Take the Airport Railroad from Incheon Airport and get off at Seoul Station (about 1 hour 10 minutes).
From Seoul Station, take a taxi to the accommodation (about 10 minutes).
2. Bus
Take Airport Bus 6002 at Incheon Airport.
Get off at 'Chungjeongno Station'.
Take local town bus 'Seodaemun02' at station exit no. 8.
Get off at 'Geumhwajang Ohgeori' Station.
3. Mixed
Take a bus from the airport to Seoul Station.
From Seoul Station, take a taxi to the accommodation.
4. Taxi
Take a taxi from the airport directly to the accommodation: the most convenient but the most expensive option.
The journey takes about 1 hour and costs 50,000~60,000 KRW (₩).
Note that travel time may increase if there is traffic during the day.
