The building and the area are really quiet, I work at night so it can happen that you have the whole apartment, as it can happen that my partner and I are at home. A new guest has arrived, a Scottish fold cat, named Filiberto :)
To be paid directly to me the tourist tax, it is €6.00 per day per person.

The neighborhood is In the north west side of the City . The Essential Services are all a few Minutes Walk . To visit in the neighborhood there is the Insugherata park, A green area within the city . For those who like nature and wants to venture out , they are many species of mammals and birds to watch. Another thing to visit is the ex sanatorium of Santa Maria della Pieta , now used as polyclinic and as Town Hall. The sanatoriusm has a nice walkable park. From the Station of Montemario there is a bike trail that link Montemario district , directly with St. Peter's Basilica.
The district is well connected to the city center . The 913 bus leaving from Montemario's Station get to the endin Piazza Augusto Imperatore behind the main shopping street ( Via del Corso and Via dei Condotti. ). From there, only a fews minutes waling from all the major tourist destinations ( Pantheon , Trevi Fountain , Spanish Steps Spain...).
The Station of Montemario is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The train has a frequency as underground trains to the city center of about one every 15 minutes. It provides connection to the lina A (red ) in the Valle Aurelia Metro Station.
