This apartment is more "old" Florida style, but with updated comforts. There has never been a "cleaning fee" added here.
This accommodation will provide you with a clean and quaint Florida lodge feel which features original exposed rafters as your ceiling view. It's a Large Single Efficiency Apartment (approx. 490 sq feet efficiency apartment), located within a 2-apartment Duplex. The Owner is onsite in a separate apartment next door.
It is a quiet place, but an easy walk to the night life of the bars and restaurants that are all within 3-5 blocks away. Plenty of Free Parking on tropical feel property lot.
It's Approx. 2 Miles to the closest Beaches and you have easy Ride-share option instead of worrying about parking and traffic.
The Apartment is full of features to make sure you are comfortable:
Use of washer/dryer if needed for those with longer stays. Two TV's , quiet HVAC mini split A/C-Heat and an additional wall A/C unit for added comfort on those really hot days, Internet, Fully equipped kitchen w/pots/dishes/flatware. Full bathroom has enclosed shower stall, a small sink and toilet along with linen with supplies along with plenty of towels. In the living room is one TV, sofa, table & chairs. The bedroom area is behind a wall from living room: Queen size bed w/Linens, dresser, night stands, TV, additional lighting and separate work desk/chair.
There are several Gay resorts in the area that offer a day pass for pool usage and are generally in the $20-$30 range.
Complimentary bottled water and coffee are always provided in the apartment.
Lastly, a sliding glass door leads out to back patio which has patio chairs/table for your own personal outdoor space to enjoy.
