The renovations just finished, from a traditional house of 1800 with stone walls and mud, have resulted in a modern house equipped with all the comforts for a vacation home, a large terrace overlooking the Campidano and the Gulf of Oristano, with barbecue and absolute privacy, three bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom, a living room - dining room and a very bright kitchen; a living room for moments of relaxation.
It is located in the center of town, but isolated in a position to have open views over the valley.
The renovation has maintained the organization of the house in 1800, adapting it to modern functional requirements. On the first floor, in the storeroom behind the "civilian" part of the house, there are two large private bathrooms with comfortable showers.
From the entrance hall a stone staircase leads upstairs, where there is a third bedroom and the living room, with a very bright dining room, the kitchen and the living room, where it is possible to use the sofa bed for extra guests. A walk-in closet decouples the kitchen from the bathroom floor and a small terrace where the washing machine is located. From the living room and the kitchen, through a step on the staircase leads to the terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the countryside and the Gulf of Oristano, marked by the emergence of Capo San Marco, Arcuentu Monte and Monte Arci. On clear days you can clearly see even the Gennargentu. The terrace is equipped with a water point with sink serving the barbecue.
