The apartment is part of a new building with fantastic views of Granada and Sierra Nevada. In a recently built but consolidated neighborhood that has all variety of stores (24 hour pharmacy, supermarkets, newspapers, cafes, bar / tapas ...) And a fantastic park 5 minutes from the house.
I would like to share my accommodation with people who are travelling, nice and friendly.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The one I offer is the main one and has a double bed, modern, new and very well kept.
The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace that you can also use.
The building is new, easy access from the highway (Granada ring road) and easy access to Alhambra by car, Sierra Nevada or the coast. Fully handicapped accessible, with elevator and all level.
It has common areas and in them is located the swimming pool (not naturist and open from June to September).
The places of beers and tapas in Granada are many and are scattered throughout the city.
Next to the apartment there are tapas bars very close. You can make many walking routes including monuments or typical places and then take a cool beer. . You can comfortably reach the center in 10 minutes from the apartment without the hassle of driving. There are 2 bus lines at the door, cab rank and night bus around the corner.
