The apartment is at the ground floor with a lovely little garden annexed. The district I live in is well-served by plenty of shops, groceries, bars, restaurants and lots of buses heading to the rail station (Termini and Tiburtina) as well the city centre. Termini rail station is just 5 metro stops away.
