TV de pantalla plana 32" Wifi, Apple Tv, cable, Netflix, un sofá confortable de cuero color negro, una alfombra, aire acondicionado y calefacción . La cocina está toda equipada cocina, horno, microondas, nevera / congelador, una amplia mesada de granito negra, licuadora y equipada con todo lo necesario platos, tazas etc ...
Edificio de 3 pisos, con terraza compartida en el último. Ambiente joven.
Lo que me gusta es que es una calle muy tranquila y silenciosa aunque a media cuadra tengo dos avenidas principales; Av Corrientes y Av Juan B Justo.
Alrededor tengo gran variedad de supermercados y tiendas, lo que hace más fácil conseguir lo que uno necesita para vivir a diario.
A 3 cuadras esta la zona de outlets donde encontraras variedad de marcas. A 8 cuadras esta el barrio de Palermo y plaza Julio Cortázar (plaza Serrano), zona de bares y restaurantes. A la misma cantidad de cuadras Palermo Hollywood lleno de restaurantes exóticos donde podrás degustar infinidad de sabores. Y si por si fuera poco en la misma área esta la calle Niceto Vega con una movida nocturna importante (bares, discos).
A unos 900 metros esta el Parque Centenario, el museo de Ciencias Naturales, el hospital Naval y el hospital Durand.
Para moverse y al estar a media cuadra de dos avenidas principales (Av Corrientes y Av Juan B Justo), que atraviesan gran parte de la ciudad, los medios de transportes son variados. A 5 cuadras esta la línea de Subte B (estación Malabia), a media cuadra el Metrobus y a 3 cuadras la estación de trenes.
