Centrally located, comfortable and bright apartment (60 sq m / 645 sq ft), in Villarroel Street within a modernist building, typical from the Eixample area. It contains 2 double bedrooms - beds are 150 cm (5 ft wide); fully air-conditioned and newly refurbished to provide all the elements for the perfect stay.

The 60 sq m (645 sq ft) apartment has been “COMPLETELY REFURBISHED”, providing luxury, space and comfort, with a functional and comfortable layout for relaxing, for a romantic dinner with your partner or a meal with friends or family.

Besides top quality finishes and design, the apartment is air-conditioned in all areas and it’s fully equipped.
Bathroom: Hairdryer, toilet soap, shower gel and shampoo, quality towels, heated towel rail for greater convenience and a large and spacious shower for your comfort.
Kitchen: all the necessary utensils to prepare a good breakfast, lunch or dinner, with espresso machine, a kettle – in case you prefer tea or some other type of infusion, toaster, juicer, mixer, grinder, as well as induction hot, oven, microwave, fridge (with separate freezer), washer dryer and dishwasher.
It is equipped with crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and a griddle, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils.
Living room: There is a large table for 4 people, tablecloths, napkins and utensils for luxury lunches and dinners. There is also a leather sofa and a comfortable armchair to watch comfortably the 42" HD LED smart TV along with DVD and CD player. You can also connect your laptop or mobile phone to the apartment’s Wi-Fi network. There is also a telephone which you can use to make local calls, as well as receiving calls free of charge, either from friends or family or from your work, if you are here for business.
Bedrooms: There are 2 double bedrooms; each with a 150x190 cm (5.11x6.2 ft) bed, with high end mattresses and cotton sheets, and spacious fitted wardrobes, so comfort and relax is the main asset.
As this is a non-smoking apartment, we have provided a table on the balcony overlooking the street, so you can enjoy a cigarette after a good meal, if you wish. Non-smokers can enjoy coffee or a glass of champagne and watch the hustle and bustle of the city.

I’m always at your disposal for any questions or needs you may have during your stay. I take care personally of the check-in and check-out process so that I can meet and greet my guests. If I'm unable to do it myself because of work commitments, I would delegate to a person of trust.

The neighbourhood is quite varied and the building’s residents are quiet, respectful and polite.

Even though Barcelona is not such a big city, you can find everything that a big city can offer within a short distance of the property; all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars with beautiful terraces where you can enjoy coffee or a bite to eat. If there is one good thing about this city is that it lends itself for walks and enjoying the atmosphere, sharing great moments with its people.

The apartment is located in the district of Eixample Esquerra, ANTIGA ESQUERRA DE L’EIXAMPLE (Gayxample Area), on Villarroel Street at Roma Avenue; the Urgell (L-1) Metro station is 4 streets away towards Gran Via, and the Hospital Clínic (L-5) Metro station is 3 streets away in the other direction. Buses and taxis are available 24 hours a day to all directions. Plaza Catalunya is a 12 minute walk away, as is Pg. de Gracia and Plaza Espanya and Fira de Barcelona is a 15 minute walk approximately. The Sagrada Familia can be reached within 10 minutes from the nearest Metro station. Because this fantastic city is not too spread out, you can easily access all places of cultural interest and recreational areas, both on a leisurely stroll while admiring the fantastic modernist buildings in more detail, or by public transport or tourist bus.
In order to reach the apartment from the airport, the Aerobús stop is "Urgell" (A-1 and A-2) on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, only for streets away from Urgell street itself in the direction of Tibidabo (mountain side) - a 5 minute walk. To go back to the airport, the Aerobús stop is located on Sepulveda Street on the corner of Urgell Street (A-1 and A-2). You will need to take one bus line or the other depending on your flight terminal. This stop is 6 minutes walk away from the apartment.
You can get to the beach on a bus which runs every 10 minutes from Muntaner Street, two streets away.

The apartment is equipped with an iron, ironing board and a rack for drying clothes.
Towels and a beach umbrella are available too.

The building is quiet and residential, all properties are homes. The neighbours are friendly and polite. Respect towards others and adherence to common courtesy and coexistence rules norms are very much expected, particularly when it comes to the neighbours’ rest from 21:00 h to 08:00 h.

No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment but there is a balcony with a table and chairs where you can do so.

The apartment is equipped to accommodate infants.

You might be might required to sign a rental agreement for the type of use and the number of days booked, which would be signed upon arrival, together with the guest registration form from the Generalitat de Catalunya (Regional Government).

Payment of the tourist tax will be made in accordance with current regulations in force in Catalonia.

The payment of the guarantee deposit and tourist tax will be made upon arrival of the guest during check-in and always in ********.
