Very close to Croke park where you can take tours of the stadium and also do a skyline tour where you can take in beautiful views of Dublin. My apartment is 30 minutes walk to O'Connell Street which is the main street in Dublin. Plenty of bus and train options nearby and I will be happy to help you plan your trips.
