Property Details:
This 123-sqm apartment is located on the 12th floor with an elevator. There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing and are furnished with king size beds. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full en-suite bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. Another toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.
There is air conditioning.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 11:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 300AED
- Linens and towel fee: 300AED
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 2000AED is required before arrival
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of AED160 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for AED160. Both can be provide for AED240. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
