Welcome to your modern retreat in the heart of Seagrove! Our vacation home features four bedrooms and three and a half baths, and a one-car garage. The Heron floor plan blends luxury, ample space, and tranquility, offering two covered patios and a backyard. Nestled on 30A, you'll enjoy quick access to the beach, Eastern Lake, State Park trails, dining, shopping, and more.
This spacious 5-bedroom home, nestled in a community near Seagrove's pristine beaches, offers a perfect retreat for a sizable family or group. Each generously sized bedroom features a luxurious king bed, bunk beds, and individual Smart TVs with cable. With 3.5 bathrooms, including two en suites, one shared full bathroom, and a half bathroom, convenience is paramount. Enjoy entertainment with high-speed WiFi and gather on the covered private balcony with a BBQ grill. The community amenities include a refreshing swimming pool, and the house comes with secure parking, including a TESLA charger in the garage. Positioned just half a mile from the beach with multiple access points, new beach parking nearby, and proximity to local restaurants and unique shopping, this home provides an ideal blend of comfort and convenience for a fantastic getaway.

The home has three and a half bathrooms all of which are supplied with bath essentials (shampoo, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of guests.

The first living area provides an immediate sense of comfort, inviting you to relax on the comfy sectional sofa. The second living area boasts another comfortable sectional sofa and a smart TV, complemented by an arcade game for added entertainment. Visitors and residents alike enjoy outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, and biking along the scenic Timpoochee Trail. The property offers parking in the driveway with space for up to (2) cars.

Immerse yourself in the aroma of morning coffee, witness awe-inspiring sunsets, or indulge in secluded barbecue sessions on the artistically paved back patio.

• SECURITY & SAFETY •
External security cameras ensure guest safety, with no cameras inside for privacy. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and noise monitoring devices enhance security.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
 - BBQ Grill: We do NOT provide propane tanks for the BBQ grill. After usage please note that guests are requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through ******** are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through ******** are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

HOUSE RULES

• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are NOT allowed!! The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $250 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

• BBQ GRILL: Propane tank is available for our guests to use but refill will be covered by the guest. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use.Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund, and additional fees may be charged for any damages or disturbances caused.

• GUEST LIMIT: A maximum of 12 guests are allowed. This includes both daytime and overnight guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.

• FURNITURE: Please do not rearrange the furniture. Keeping the furniture in its original arrangement helps us maintain the space's integrity and ensures everything is set up perfectly for future guests.

• BALCONY USAGE: Do not hang items from the balcony. This is to prevent damage to the property and ensure the safety of all guests.

• POOL RULES: The pool has a capacity of 20 people and is a shared community pool. Please adhere to the community pool rules

• SUBSTANCE USE: No marijuana or drug use at the home or on the balcony. This includes smoking, vaping, and any other forms of consumption. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

•PARKING•
• Only 1 car is permitted in the garage.
• A maximum of 2 cars are allowed in the driveway.
• No parking on the road.
• Overflow Parking: If additional parking is needed, free overflow parking is available at: Southern Self Storage ( 4927 E County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459, United States).

•NOISE LEVELS•
• No loud noise from 09:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

•TRASH DISPOSAL•
• All trash must be placed in the designated trash cans.
• Do not use the neighbors' trash cans.

• CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.
