Enjoy the whole duplex with your friends, family, business partners. There are two private entrances but you will have access to both sides your entire stay.
The Main floor is very open where you will spend a lot of your time away from home if not in the downtown area.
MAIN FLOOR:
-Living room with plenty of seating where you will be able to stream and relax after a long day.
-Kitchen area that seats 4 on each side that comes with a complimentary bottle of wine.
-Full bathroom on each side that includes a blow dryer and make up wipes.
-Lovely Kitchen that has everything you need.
-Washer and dryer with Detergent, Clorox, and laundry sheets.
SECOND FLOOR:
-Two Comfortable Queen Bedrooms with drawers and plenty of pillows.
-Closest space in the hallway to hang up any shirts.
-Iron and Ironing Board.
PARKING:
-Gravel parking/Grass parking out back for two cars.
-Free Street Parking as well in front or anywhere on Wilcox Street.

You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
You are so close to everything going on. Minutes from downtown, Fountain Square, Fletcher Place, Garfield Park, "Mass Ave.", Eli Liliy, the Salesforce Tower and "The Circle", which is the center of the city. Here are some popular destinations:
* Bankers Life Fieldhouse - 1.5 miles, 1.5 minute drive
* Children's Museum of Indianapolis - 6.8 miles, 12 minute drive
* Indiana Convention Center - 1.5 miles, 5 minute drive
* Indianapolis Motor Speedway - 7.5 miles, 14 minute drive
* Lucas Oil Stadium - 1.3 miles - 4 minute drive
You shouldn't have any trouble getting around. Uber is always available. Lime and Bird scooters are another great way to get around Indianapolis.
1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.
2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
3. NO music video recordings at all!
4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.
6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.
If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. Keep in mind our team is always here for you to ensure you have a 5-star experience. Please do not call or text the number provided through the channel you booked as it will go to voicemail. Please communicate through here unless there is a maintenance emergency
