The apartment is very well located, about 12 -15 minutes walk from the waterfront and within close proximity to town and the Sea Point promenade. Its modern and spacious with three bedrooms, two of them en-suite and the large amount of space to enjoy in this well decorated apartment. There is a small balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a sun-downer. The area is a hot spot for restaurants and bars which are convenient to walk to.
Apartment is modern and decorated with a bit of a flair - The kitchen is big and open plan, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal for family and friends.
