I live in London where I lead a weekly mindfulness class for gay,bi and trans men and teach massage. I lived as a Buddhist monk for 7 years and have been in London for nearly 20 years. I now lead mindfulness and well being events to share what I have learnt over 30 years of meditating.
I enjoy nature and long walks in the local park. I love to visit new places and explore side streets, get lost and find unexpected corners. I enjoy time chatting and learning from others.
