I work in the marketing department of a large corporate law firm, although I was once a student of ancient Greek and Roman Literature. I love to cook and I am also a classical pianist. John does fundraising for a prominent New York medical school, and is an amateur photographer and a lover of architecture. We both love good food and drink, classical music as well as jazz, museums, theater, and pretty much all art in general--we definitely trend toward the nerdy side.
We are fairly independent guests and somewhat private, but would definitely appreciate a friendly host, and would rely on our host to give us an orientation to the area and their suggestions for getting around, and for places to go and things to do.
