This is a 3-bedroom home. I live alone in my own home and would be happy to share for long or short term. I have my room and a spare room with a double bed. I have a “home office” with unlimited Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully functional, and you are welcome to prepare meals anytime (clean as you go please). I have full laundry facilities that you are welcome to use if you wish. There is a private back yard. On street parking in a very quiet area. Only 2 minutes’ walk to public transport (train) that will take you to the CBD in 40 minutes. This is a regular service and runs from 5.00 am to midnight. Shops are 7 minutes’ walk and beaches (Moana, Maslins & Aldinga) are close by (about 20 minutes’ walk) 5 minutes’ drive. Just 10 minutes by car to the winery belt of McLaren Vale and part of the Adelaide hills. We are in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsular and accessible to many different day trips. This is a quiet area 35 mins south from Adelaide CBD. Off street parking available.
I am an easy going open minded single guy living alone. I am a work-a-holic and love life. Friends are very important to me and I value them greatly. I have a quick sense of humour .
As a strong believer of natural justice, I have immense respect for all persons. I enjoy sharing meals and going to the movies with friends. As an independent person I live very comfortably but not opulently. Very down to earth, what you see is what you get sort of person with no facade. I certainly walk the walk and talk the talk. However, if you don’t like the answer, don’t ask the question. Not sure what else to write here!!!!!
