When I am not in the classroom teaching cookery and nutrition you can usually find me at Ferrymead Heritage Park where I work with a great team of volunteers preserving the past. We have trams, trains, aeroplanes, fire engines plus much more. I enjoy hosting guests and making friends from all around the globe.
