I travel a lot myself and I expect high standards and good service wherever I go. I want to provide that experience to our guests. I grew up in Worcestershire, England but have lived in London for over thirty years. I now work full-time in property and write self-help books. My hobbies are: travel, hiking, reading and theatre.
