MINORS: All children are welcome and pay the normal cost of an additional person, $150,000 (Children from 18 months). If you are not traveling with your parents, an authorization signed by the parents and notarized must be presented. FOOD AND DRINKS: Food and drinks other than those provided directly by the hotel restaurant are not allowed. Regarding alcoholic beverages, to be consumed in social areas, a corkage fee must be paid (the value depends on the type of liquor). POOL: Pool hours are from 9 am to 7 pm. PETS: At Casa Coraje you can be accompanied by your pet during your stay, but you must comply with the following policies: The stay has a cost per night, per pet, of $50,000. Only a maximum of 2 medium-sized pets are allowed in the room. Within your room and all areas of the hotel you must be responsible for the waste caused by your pet. Guests must try to bring the items to accommodate their pets (bed, cushion, sheets, towels). Pets should not sleep in the room's beds, nor should hotel linen be used for their care or cleaning. The value paid for the pet's stay does not include damages caused by the pets. INTERNET & WIFI: The Wifi service is completely free for our guests. However, it must be considered that it is a service that does not always work optimally because the provider is local and does not have much capacity. PALUNA RESTAURANT - BAR The restaurant service is an independent administration of Casa Coraje, therefore, the accounts are managed separately and payments for food consumption are made directly with the restaurant staff. ROOM SERVICE: Casa Coraje strives to preserve the environment in which it is located, for this reason, we refrain from bringing food or drinks to the rooms since rodents and wild animals can reach the rooms chasing the trail of food. . TOWELS: Upon entering the room you will find one set of towels per person, which are for use inside the room. Towels found in the room must be left in the room at the time of CHECK-OUT. At the reception you can request one towel per day per person for the beach. These are for exclusive use in this area. The loss of a towel costs $50,000. SAFE BOX: Inside the room you will find a safe box with its respective instructions. This has no additional cost. It is important to leave all valuables inside it. Damage, blocking or loss of the key has a cost of $80,000. PARKING: The hotel has a limited parking area, space is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The entry of guest motorcycles to the beach is strictly PROHIBITED unless expressly authorized by the Hotel in cases of mobilizing disabled people; in order to preserve the beach area and mainly, guarantee what the experience at Casa Coraje offers, its essence, tranquility and rest. DRINKING WATER: The water from the taps is not drinkable, so guests are asked not to consume it. Please only consume the water that is available in the thermos that you find in the room or bottled water, or from our dispenser at the Reception. BEACH AREA: The Palomino Sea is going through a complex moment due to coastal erosion, for this reason there are days when it cannot be entered and others when it can. In any case, the entry is under the express responsibility of the guest and will not be a reason to request a refund. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: The hotel offers several additional services through trusted third-party providers.
