- Main Floor:
- Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining Area: An open-concept design invites connection and comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a cozy living space for unwinding, and a dining area perfect for family gatherings.
- Half Bath: Conveniently located on the main level for added ease.
Upstairs:
- King Suite 1: A peaceful escape with a plush king-sized bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom, including a standalone tub and walk-in shower.
- King Suite 2: Another elegant suite offering a king-sized bed and private en suite bathroom for ultimate comfort.
- Bunk Room: A fun and vibrant space featuring four full-sized bunks, accommodating up to 8 guests. A nearby private bathroom ensures convenience for kids and families.
- Loft: A cozy nook perfect for relaxation, play, or quiet moments.
Outdoor Amenities

Located just north of the beautiful Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community. Currently in the early stages of a 400 unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the waterpark guest will also be able to use a 10,000 sq ft recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, golf simulator, arcade, bar, resturants, event room and game room.
