The beach is just a few meters from the apartment, and the area surrounding the building is filled with gardens, leisure spaces for both adults and children, and two swimming pools: one large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
In winter, it becomes a peaceful and tranquil retreat with the best weather, perfect for resting, remote working, or enjoying a winter break in a privileged location.
The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very sunny, making it ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples who want to spend a wonderful and fun vacation. It’s a new place, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, plenty of space for clothes and personal items, and the third and fourth guests will sleep on a large and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
The living room also features a large TV and a table with chairs, perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The living room opens up to a lovely, well-equipped terrace, the most magical spot in the whole apartment.
The views from the terrace are fantastic, overlooking the beach, the sea, and the pool.

Today, Torre del Mar is a thriving tourist, commercial, and leisure destination, with its gastronomic offerings, particularly the famous pescaíto (fried fish), featured in numerous culinary guides.
The Torre del Mar Fair, held from July 22 to 26 in honor of Santa Ana and Saint James, as well as the Virgen del Carmen’s maritime procession, have become well-known events throughout the province of Málaga
The best way to get to Torre del Mar is by car. Once you're there, you won’t need it anymore, as you can walk everywhere: to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and many other leisure spots and shops.
If you don’t have a car, you can also reach Torre del Mar by ALSA buses.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper provided upon arrival, are courtesy items. You will need to replenish them if you require more.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will NOT provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we are not authorized to serve food or beverages.
The beds will be made up and ready for you, and there will be two towels per person (one bath towel and one hand towel).
Arrivals outside of regular hours do not incur an extra charge, as access is self-managed via an electronic lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is required, and the amount is indicated in the listing. This must be paid before arrival. To facilitate deposit management, the owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or blocking a credit card. To deposit the security deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the steps requested, no later than one month before the start of the stay.
This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the deposit amount, but rather authorizes the charge in the event of damages. Bank fees for the deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES:
Once the property has been inspected for cleanliness and no damages or missing items are found during the inventory at the end of the stay, the bank details will be removed no later than 10 days after the end of the stay.
In case of damages, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for the collection costs.
