Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool! The outdoor Patio is available for you to sit and relax, and enjoy the night around the fire. Please be cautious and use it under your own consent and caution.
This is a guest house on the property of a larger home; you'll find that it's cozy! Perfect for individuals or couples for a getaway. My place offers everything you will need to feel at home. The unit itself is located just off of the pool and has a living area, a beautiful bathroom with a rain shower, and a nice bedroom.
Guest will have private entrance on the side gate to the house and will be able to use the pool and backyard. The only area off limits to the guests is the main house and covered porch. The pool and backyard are shared with guests in the main house.
This home is located in the South Middle River neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. This area is located between downtown and Wilton Manors and is close to many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as being just a few miles from the beach!
There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, but for further trips I would recommend either driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. The home has one parking space in the driveway for guest use.
