By booking our townhouse, you agree to the following:
Security Measures:
A doorbell camera is installed near the entrance solely for monitoring guest arrivals and departures. It is not directed at private areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, or dining areas.
Additional Fees and Services:
Pet Policy: We welcome one dog per stay with a $250 fee. Please ensure that any pet hair or waste is cleaned up before checking out. Pets must not be left unattended inside the property. Additional fees may apply for non-compliance.
Free Parking: Available for all guests.
Early Check-In: Available upon request for $100 per hour, only if no guests are staying the night before your arrival.
Smoking Violation: $1000 fine.
Noise Complaints: $300 fine.
Forgotten Items: $100 per item for shipping forgotten belongings.
Lock-Out Fee: Starting from $100, depending on the situation.
Damage Fees:
Towels: $35 per stained or damaged towel
