** We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
** Due to the secluded nature of this rental, there might be bear sighting during your stay. Please do not leave rests of food outside, and do not let children play alone outside after dusk.
