This boutique 2BR/2BA apartment offers a townhouse-like retreat in the heart of South Bondi and Tamarama, just steps from Bondi and Tamarama Beach, Icebergs, and the stunning coastal walk.

The living space features a master bedroom with an ensuite, a guest room that can serve as a study, a second bathroom, a lounge equipped with a projector for entertainment, and a gourmet dining area with a kitchen. Both the kitchen and lounge open onto a covered terrace adorned with plants and views of Bondi village.

Additional amenities include plenty of storage for clothes an internal laundry with a dryer, and a guest room with a work desk and TV/computer monitor.

The interiors blend comfort and modernity, showcasing a mix of mid-century collectibles and contemporary pieces, creating a beautiful base for your holiday or staycation in Bondi.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
South Bondi is thriving these days, with a vibrant culinary scene that has flourished since Totti's opened over five years ago. Within a short walk along Bondi Road, you'll find an array of fantastic restaurants offering Mexican, Argentinian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Brazilian, Spanish, and modern Australian cuisine. Just around the corner on Campbell Parade, more dining options await, including the renowned Icebergs, along with delicious Greek, Japanese, and popular breakfast and lunch spots.

Both South Bondi Beach and Tamarama Beach are equally accessible from the apartment, and the shops and restaurants on Gould Street and Hall Street are just a 10-15 minute walk away.

For grocery shopping, the legendary Health Emporium organic market is only a 5-minute walk up Bondi Road, while Woolworths and the Fruitologist markets are about a 15-minute stroll. Harris Farm is also a 15-minute walk into Bondi.

You'll discover great coffee shops in every direction, making it easy to enjoy a perfect brew.

The area's history dates back to the early 1800s, though significant growth didn’t occur until the late 1800s. Bondi derives its name from an Aboriginal word meaning “the sound of the waves breaking on the beach.”

Key attractions include Tamarama Park, Marks Park, and Tamarama Beach. The name Tamarama is believed to come from the Aboriginal word “Gamma Gamma,” and the area was originally known as Dixon Bay.
Buses to and from Bondi are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
