Blending both luxury and comfort, our expansive Del Mar property features 4 bedrooms and breathtaking ocean views--all in a prime location just a 5 minute walk from Del Mar village and its stunning beaches.

Perfectly situated only one mile from Torrey Pines Reserve and two miles from Del Mar Racetrack, showcasing ocean vistas, stylishly furnished interiors, and easy access to Del Mar’s top attractions; our home is the ultimate beach getaway!
Warm and inviting, our home features two living rooms, access to the wrap around porch from family areas and bedrooms, and high-end appliances and furnishings.

The entry level of the home features a living room, gourmet kitchen, primary bedroom, and a guest bedroom. The sunny living room boasts a plush sectional sofa, flat screen TV, a work space with desk and seating, and large windows looking out to the front porch and ocean views.

The Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with high end Viking appliances, granite countertops, a wrap around attached island, and bar area. Open to the kitchen is the home's dining area with seating for 8.

Located on the entry level, the primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king size bed, and features a warm fireplace and flat screen TV. Step out through the french doors to enjoy your ocean view from the porch just outside. Offering comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and cafe table with seating, the porch is the ideal spot to take in the stunning sunsets and ocean views while unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a large glass shower, and spacious mirrored vanity with dual sinks.

The upstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the home's back patio. The conveniently located ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and mirrored vanity with sink.

The lower level of the home features the second living room, two bedrooms, and full laundry facilities. The downstairs living room offers plush seating around a flat screen TV, as well as a fireplace and convenient access to the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom features two twin beds, an alcove with desk and seating, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom boasts a tub, spacious shower, and mirrored vanity with dual sinks. The fourth guest bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom boasts a custom walk-in shower and full closet. Also located on this level, is a full laundry room- featuring a full size washer and dryer, as well as ample storage and a sink.

In addition to the well appointed interior is the home's beautifully furnished and landscaped outdoor spaces. The front porch boasts a gas fireplace, seating for lounging and dining, all overlooking the beautiful ocean views, and the back porch features outdoor WiFi speakers, a built-in gas BBQ and drink refrigerator, and comfy seating. Additionally, the home features an outdoor (enclosed) shower to wash off after a fun day at the beach, as well as ample parking for 6 vehicles.

To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and a front door accessed by a code and smart lockbox. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in. There is space in the driveway for six cars as well as plenty of free street parking throughout the neighborhood.
Del Mar offers a variety of activities for those seeking both relaxation and adventure. Whether your vibe is exploring scenic coastal trails, visiting the renowned Del Mar Racetrack, charming downtown boutique shops, art galleries, or delicious dining options, Del Mar has it all!
The home comes with a garage, that can fit two cars depending on the size. There are also two parking spaces in the driveway and you're also welcome to park on the street in front of the home. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get anywhere in San Diego from the home by car. Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

While we hope to never encounter this scenario, by confirming your reservation, you're acknowledging that your reservation can be terminated mid-stay for violating any of these rules.

DURATION
Check-in is 4pm or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host.

Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay.

Check-out is at 11am. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. In the event that Guest continues to occupy the unit beyond the time authorized by the Host, Guest shall be considered as a hold-over tenant and shall be liable for rent at twice the rental amount, prorated daily.

GUEST
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.

Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).

NOISE
We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-7AM.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of excessive noise and devices-not any personal conversation or information.

PETS
We do not allow pets. This is a high end luxury home. We understand your pet is loved, but don't bring them.

Guests who bring unauthorized pets will be charged a fine of up to $700 per pet, plus an additional cleaning fee.

DAMAGE
Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation.

The Unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes, or any other items from the unit. Guest will be solely liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items or excessive check-out cleaning.

SMOKING
Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property.

Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $1,000 to cover the cost of smoke remediation and any related damage.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

SECURITY
This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests and neighbors.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
If you’re interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
