The location of the apartment is very unique, privileged and is considered the best in La Paz because it offers the opportunity to literally walk to the center of the town in 8/10 minutes along the beautiful Malecon (seafront) of La Paz: in front of you the newest Marina and a great view on the the Malecon.
You will enjoy both this very modern, cool and completely refurbished apartment and the common areas with brand new luxury Jacuzzi, salty water swimming pool and 2 bar and barbecue areas one of which is provided of ice machine and fridge as well as the brand new fully equipped Gym, as well as the Yoga room located at the 7th floor of the new building. Here you can also find our SPA area (massages can be provided under payment and reservation) and the Sauna. Parties are not allowed.
The use of the salty water swimming pool is exclusive for the guests of the property and can be used from early morning till 10 pm as established by the building rules.
The apartment is on the ground floor: this offers you the sensation to own the whole area that is enjoyable from this apartment like no other in the full property. The place is safe and provided by 24/7 security guards service.
You will be able to self check in in the property but, in case of need, Oyuky will be available to help you. If you have any doubts or questions regarding La Paz or the whole peninsula of Baja California I will be more than happy to provide you support , suggestions and answer also prior to your arrival.

Please note that booking with us is a binding agreement. You hereby authorize us to charge for any violation of the House Rules.
THE KITCHEN TOP IS MADE OF QUARTZ, DO NOT PUT INTO CONTACT, PLACE ON IT, OR FORGET ON THE KITCHEN TOP ACID FOODS OR FOODS THAT CAN STAIN SUCH AS FOR EXAMPLE: LEMONS, LEMON JUICE, CITRUS JUICE,COFFEE, WINE OR ALCOHOL IN GENERAL, VINEGAR, ETC.
TO CLEAN THE TOP, SIMPLY USE A WET CLOTH AND IT IS SANITIZED EACH TIME THE APARTMENT IS CLEANED. IF IT IS STAINED WITH SAUCE OR OTHER FOODS, JUST WIP IT WITH A DAMP CLOTH IMMEDIATELY AND REMOVE THE FOOD.
pets allowed only under request and written approval (if you bring your pet in the property without permission you will be fined 100 usd per day for security and cleaning cost) ,
Smoking is NOT permitted (transgressors will be fined 100 dollars for extra cleaning per stay), swimming pool and common areas are available but it is forbidden to make noises in the early afternoon and after 10 pm.
It is forbidden to hang clothes on the terrace either on the bougainvillea or on the chairs: the condominium rules prohibit this and failure to respect them could result in fines. )min 50 usd per event)
Parties are not allowed at any time. Transgressors will be fined 250 dollars (security charges). per event
You are not allowed to invite external guests during your stay. The use of the property and the common areas for security reasons is limited to the people appearing in the reservation and so registered, any extra person is not allowed in the property and the registered guest will be fined an extra charge of 100 usd per day for each person he invited without permission. The non registered people will be immediately invited to leave the property.
