This open concept 2 bedroom home features shared waterfront access, a firepit and BBQ with propane provided for your stay. The Tulip Tree is a part of a duplex and shares a wall with The Highway House but has its own entry and parking.
This is the perfect spot for a family or two couples looking to get away and enjoy everything Prince Edward County has to offer! Ideally located between Wellington and Bloomfield, giving you close access to the Millennium Trail, wineries, restaurants, art galleries, Taste Trail and Sandbanks Provincial Park (15-20 minutes by car). Come explore all that the County has to offer.
The Tulip Tree is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 cottages that can all be rented together for larger groups. These cottages share the waterfront and all have access to 2 docks (up to 20ft boats-ask if docking possible). The waterfront is about 500 metres from the house down the West Lake cottages driveway, has walk in access, boat launch and a mix of rocks and sand. Water shoes are recommended.

Pet access
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at this property (even hypoallergenic).
If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
Property access
The whole side of the duplex that is the Tulip Tree is yours to enjoy with its own private entrance and parking. You also have your own bbq, outdoor dining, adirondack chairs and fire pit just for you. The back yard is not fenced and is shared with the Highway House although it is big and has lots of room for everyone. The waterfront is shared with all 12 units at West Lake Cottages.
