Oscoda is a small, car-friendly town. Public transportation like buses or trains is unavailable, so having a car is recommended for exploring beyond town. Biking and walking are common, with various trails, beaches, parks, and recreational areas within easy reach on foot or by bike.
• Safety is a top priority with exterior Ring cameras, NoiseAware devices, and keyless entry systems. Parking lot in the front with ample amount of spaces. With special discounts for extended stays (15% off for weekly stays of 7+ nights and 30% off for monthly stays of 30+ nights) and proximity to key attractions like Au Sable River, Largo Springs, and hiking & outdoor recreational activities, these cottages offer an exceptional opportunity for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.
• For extension special offers, please reach out to us. Weekly and monthly discounts will be applied automatically when you select your dates:
