Guest access information:

1. One week prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

2. Guests will have access to the entire home and amenities, free secure parking, common areas including the hot tub & secure double caged bike storage.

3. There is the added benefit of being able to pull up to the front door upon arrival/departure to load/unload the car. This is one of the few homes with lane access!

4. Once you arrive and park in the free underground parkade, you will not need your car. Everything you'll need is steps from your front door.

During the winter season, the shuttle stop is conveniently situated just a few steps away from the complex and provides direct access to the base of the mountain. This shuttle operates every 12 minutes during skiing hours, ensuring prompt and reliable transportation for your convenience.

This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a SERVICE dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbors during their stay
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
