The house is comprised of the following.
Basement: Area for children to play, washer/dryer, full bathroom
1st Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, access to the enclosed yard.
2nd Floor: Master BDR (king bed) with ensuite full bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom (each queen beds) with shared full bathroom in the hallway.
3rd Floor: Bedroom with bunkbeds, full bathroom, dedicated workspace
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.
Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Check-in / Check-out:
