Positioned right on the beachfront, you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the sandy shores,or unwind with a captivating book on your private balcony overlooking the ocean. With a plethora of exceptional dining establishments and enticing shopping destinations in close proximity, the opportunities for an unforgettable experience are limitless.
Welcome to our exquisite beachfront luxury condo, offering direct access to the pristine shores of Miami Beach. Conveniently located near airports and the renowned Club LIV, this haven provides a seamless blend of convenience and exclusivity. Immerse yourself in the well-appointed kitchen, unwind in the comfortable bedrooms, and admire breathtaking views from the living room. Onsite amenities encompass a refreshing pool, a well-equipped gym, and a convenient store. Enjoy the added convenience of concierge services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Please note, this property is not pet friendly. Beach chair service is just the icing on the cake.

Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. We will email you the building application upon reservation booking.

LOCATION: Beachfront luxury condo. Step right onto the sand. Situated just a mere 17 minutes away from MIA and 50 minutes from FLL, this property offers convenient access to transportation hubs. Additionally, it is conveniently located a short 3-minute drive from Club LIV, an iconic Miami Beach nightclub renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and unforgettable experiences.

KITCHEN: Features all you would need to cook a meal, from blender to toaster and coffee machine. Ample counter space.

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed and tv

SECOND BEDROOM: Features 3 single beds and tv

LIVING ROOM: Features ample seating, full size sofa bed, TV and floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with a dining table in between the spaces.

AMENITIES: This building's extras include onsite facilities, such as dry cleaning and vending machines, hair salon, convenience store, pool, and gym. Unit has an assigned parking space. The pool and hot tub are under renovation. Beach chairs and umbrella service are included with beach access

PET POLICY: This is NOT a pet friendly property.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Mailbox key is not provided, but guests are welcome to order packages.

PARKING: The property includes valet service for 1 vehicle. Guests are required to obtain a car decal for a fee of $60, which can be paid directly to the building management.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU'RE HERE: Whether you're visiting during the busy summer arts festivals or during fishing season, you'll find plenty of things to do. We've assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we're happy to answer additional questions.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property's exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.
