This spacious two-story villa has 262,50 square meters and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa features five bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Three of these bedrooms offer exclusive access to private balconies, while the remaining two share a balcony. There are 4 shower bathrooms and one additional restroom. A contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and a large living space with a TV and Netflix options make up the interior. The living room opens up to a covered terrace, complete with a dining set and BBQ, ideal for family gatherings. An outdoor area with a private swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and sun umbrellas, invites relaxation. The pool is heated upon guests' special request, with an additional charge of 30 EUR per night.
