This beautiful home has everything you need to kick back and relax with friends or family. With in-unit laundry, a large desk in the guest room, and high speed WiFi, this is your ideal home-away-from-home.

Built in 1907, this is a fantastic and very spacious historic home perfect for couples, families, and anyone looking for a central San Antonio getaway. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom has a king bed and flatscreen TV; the second bedroom features a queen bed and large mahogany desk; and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The space was recently remodeled with the living room and powder room downstairs, and a compact kitchen and laundry upstairs. This home is ideal for remote work and relaxation.
The living room downstairs has a 70" smart TV and a brand new leather sofa. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and basic kitchenware + cookware.
This house's front entrance faces a tranquil, tree-lined street. Street parking is available right out front, and there's a beautiful wraparound porch where you can sit and relax. Occasionally, you can hear cars as they drive by out front, but this is a residential street without much traffic. Please note that the home's original floors, doors, and much of the woodwork has been preserved, which means they sometimes squeak.
During your stay you will have this home entirely to yourself. However, please note that there is a separate guest house downstairs with a separate entrance on the side of the house. Please be mindful of this when walking upstairs (please, no tapdancing!), particularly late at night.
It is a non-smoking and pet-free household.
Free street parking spaces are right in front of the property. Side ribbon parking is reserved for the side unit guests.
No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.
San Antonio has some of the most famous historic sites in Texas. It has much, much more for visitors to see and do. Set in the south center of Texas it has countless museums and entertainment options for you to enjoy, while its scenic RiverWalk connects many of the main tourist attractions in San Antonio together, including the Alamo and the city's historic missions. To experience some of San Antonio's fine cuisine, try dining in the Pearl District, or enroll in a cooking class.
Best of all, you are just less than 10 minutes drive away from all of these attractions. Tobin Hill is the very first historic district in San Antonio. You will experience quite some history in this historic heritage home in the heart of Tobin Hill district.
Pearl Farmers Market was recently named one of the Top 10 Farmers Market in the nation by USA Today and voted San Antonio’s Magazine’s Best Farmers Market 2022.
Pearl farmers market opens each weekend in the morning, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm, Sundays 10 am to 2 pm. Free parking is available at Pearl Brewery West Parking Lot, corner of East Myrtle Street and E Elmira St.
